Decker moved to Moscow 3 years ago with an aspiration for art and to adopt as many cats as he could afford. Now with his 3 cats Zowie, Boba, Rosie, and an apprenticeship there isn't much left on his to-do list. Decker has a deep love for American Traditional tattooing and the history behind it. When he's not tattooing you can find him in a field flying expensive kites or his yard arguing with the plants in his garden.
